Windmill Museum, Tiscamanita

The windmill at this museum has been restored to show the inner workings of this traditional method of milling flour.

Many windmills can be seen around the island in various states of disrepair but this is one of the best examples around and gives a fascinating insight into one of the most basic of food processing methods.
