Casa Louisa is situated in the quiet residential area of Corralejo, nestled in a small community of villas on Avenida Fuerteventura.
This accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & large lounge/dining room. The lounge includes a sofa bed that converts into a double bed so that the living space can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
Casa Louisa has full cooking facilities: full hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Other electrical items included are: washing machine, hair dryer & straighter, iron and ironing board, and fans.
The entertainment system comprises of a wide screen TV, DVD player, satellite system and stereo system. There is also a wide variety of music CDs and DVD films for your entertainment. In the bedroom there is also a separate TV and DVD player.
The whole apartment has been renovated very recently and all electrical goods and furniture are brand new.
The apartment also boasts a balcony with a patio set for long afternoons of relaxation in the shade. Together with a private roof terrace which receives all day sun with sun loungers and shower there will be no need to leave this secluded slice of Fuerteventurian heaven.
However, for the adventurous there is a natural park with spectacular sand dunes only 200m to the south with mountains forming the back drop. There are beaches to the east just five minutes walk away which go on for an eternity.
Shops and bars are close to the apartment for all your needs.
Corralejo centre is just a fifteen minutes walk from the apartment with every shopper catered for and a wide variety of bars, restaurants and night life. Corralejo water park and adventure park are also only five minutes away. If this isn't enough, then there are also ferries to Lanzarote and a large number of different water sports available.
There is a bus stop 3 minutes from the apartment with services to different parts of the island.
This apartment is being offered at the following rates: 400 euros per week which includes airport transfers 350 euros per week without airport transfers
