This spacious studio apartment is on the first floor and is ideal for a couple. It comprises of one large room (kitchen/diner and lounge/sleeping area) with a private en suite bathroom containing the usual fittings.
Being centrally located close to the heart of the old village, this accommodation provides very easy access to all local amenities with the beaches of the lagoons only a few minutes walk away.
The internal staircase provides easy access to the large shared roof terrace which affords ocean views to the West - ideal for settling down to watch El Cotillo's famous sunsets.
We have provided a double bed in the sleeping area with bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are supplied with bed linen changed weekly and towels changed twice a week. If required, we can provide beach towels.
The water supply to this apartment is pumped from 1000 litres of stored water providing a decent pressure for showering and ensuring that water is always available even during particularly busy times in the village such as August when the water supply to the village can be totally cut off during odd days!
We have a small number of bikes available to use for FREE provided they are pre-booked. Please contact us for details.
As Fuerteventura has a 12 month season, we charge the same rate throughout the year without any seasonal supplements and, to help with the current economic climate, we are maintaining the same rate as for the last two years.
This studio apartment is being offered at only 210 euros per week.
Please note that we can offer special monthly rates for guests that wish to stay for extended periods.
