This very large studio apartment accommodates up to two and is situated in the very heart of El Cotillo. It stands less than 50 metres from the original slipway of the old harbour from where the local fishermen used to cast off when this harbour was the working hub of the village around 10 years ago.
The view from the sun room overlooks the wharf and the whole harbour with the vista continuing out westwards across the Atlantic Ocean.
Owned by a local island family, the apartment is never available during August as this is the national holiday month of Spain and the owners spend their holidays here in El Cotillo. However, this does mean that there are a further eleven months generally available.
Beaches are only about ten minutes walk away with the lagoons to the north and the surfer's beach to the south. Also, being at the heart of the village, all local amenities are within very easy reach.
The accommodation is typically local but very spacious with a separate kitchen which is most unusual for studio apartments.
This apartment is being offered at only 250 euros per week which is a snip considering it's most enviable position.
