This delightful first floor apartment provides all that one would want for a relaxing holiday in El Cotillo.
The large west facing balcony enjoys views of the Atlantic Ocean providing a perfect place to enjoy a morning cuppa whilst contemplating what to do for the rest of the day. Also, it is a great way to watch village life go by in its relaxed and sedate way as you feel the stress of 21st century living just melt away...
The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
To help make your stay more comfortable during the hotter days and nights, the lounge, kitchen and bedroom all have ceiling fans and the bedroom window includes a mosquito screen so that the window can be kept open to provide ventilation without fear of being bitten.
The shared roof terrace is accessible via an internal staircase and has excellent views of the western horizon which are perfect for watching El Cotillo's famous sunsets.
All bed linen and towels for use in the apartment are supplied with bed linen changed weekly and towels changed twice a week. If required, we can provide beach towels.
The water supply to this apartment is pumped from 1000 litres of stored water providing a decent pressure for showering and ensuring that water is always available even during particularly busy times in the village such as August when the water supply to the village can be totally cut off during odd days!
A cot and high chair are available free of charge if required.
We have a small number of bikes available to use for FREE provided they are pre-booked. Please contact us for details.
As Fuerteventura has a 12 month season, we charge the same rate throughout the year without any seasonal supplements and, to help with the current economic climate, we are maintaining the same rate as for the last two years.
This apartment is being offered from only 325 euros per week.
Please note that we can offer special monthly rates for guests that wish to stay for extended periods.
